About Vince Johnson

Full Service Real Estate

Vince and his wife Susan have been married since 1977 and they have two children, Amy and Matthew and also proud grandparents of Amelia and Cash.

Born in Toronto, Ontario and having lived in every Canadian province with the exception of Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island,Vince has enjoyed first hand, the many beautiful and diverse regions of Canada.

The lure of British Columbia in general, and Whistler Mountain specifically, nurtured Vince’s relocation from Edmonton to Vancouver in early 1972.

With his background in electrical engineering, Vince has been involved in the design and installation of several mid and large-scale electrical projects in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia.

The entrepreneurial spirit was active, and Vince opened and successfully operated a pair of Electrical Contracting companies in British Columbia. In the early 1980’s he employed 23 trades people and staff. His companies provided a wide spectrum of services including residential and commercial design and installations, as well as the development and implementation of industrial maintenance programs.

An industrial accident caused Vince to ‘fall’ into the Real Estate arena. Since first becoming licensed as a Real Estate salesperson in 1989, Vince has enjoyed his experiences as a Real Estate Agent, Manager and Trainer, and has earned several educational and Club awards including:

  • Registered Relocation Specialist
  • Re/Max Hall of Fame Award
  • Re/Max President’s Club Award
  • Re/Max Executive Club Award
  • Re/Max 100% Club Award

Vince is a licensed pilot, a certified scuba diver, and enjoys skiing, playing hockey and racquetball. Watching most other sports is also an interest.

With a true belief that one should give back to the community, Vince has volunteered for, is or has been a member of the following organizations:

  • The Rotary Club
  • The Chamber of Commerce
  • The RCMP auxiliary
  • The GVREB Blanket Drive

Carol started her Real Estate sales career in 1992 with Canada Trust Realty and then after searching for a highly successful and professional Real Estate organization, joined Re/Max Treeland Realty in 1995. 

Since her association with Re/Max, Carol, together with her business partner, Vince Johnson has enjoyed tremendous growth and success and has received many accolades including:

That said, in my experience as a Langley real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.
